5. Website information is not medical advice
The information on our website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, prescribing advice, pharmacy advice, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should not rely on website content as a substitute for personalised medical advice. If you have concerns about your health, symptoms, medication, suitability for treatment, side effects, pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions, or a possible emergency, you should seek appropriate medical advice.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should call 999, attend A&E, contact NHS 111, or seek urgent medical assistance as appropriate. Our website, booking system, email inbox, social media pages and messaging channels are not emergency services.
6. Accuracy of website content
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Service descriptions, prices, treatment information, course information, availability, opening hours, offers, images, expected outcomes and other website content may change from time to time.
Images, illustrations, before-and-after examples, treatment descriptions and general information are for guidance only. Individual results, treatment suitability, side effects, recovery time, outcomes, risks and experiences may vary from person to person.
7. Bookings and appointment requests
You may request or book an appointment through our website, booking system, telephone, email, social media, WhatsApp or in person, where available.
A booking is not guaranteed until it has been accepted or confirmed by us or by our authorised booking system. We may refuse, cancel, postpone or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary.
We may refuse, cancel, postpone or reschedule a booking where:
- The requested service is unavailable
- The selected practitioner, prescriber, clinician, therapist or trainer is unavailable
- There is an error in price, service description, availability or booking information
- We believe the service may not be suitable or safe for you
- You have not provided required information
- You have not completed required forms, questionnaires or consent documents
- You have not paid a required deposit, booking fee or balance
- You arrive late and there is insufficient time to provide the service safely
- You appear unwell, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or unable to consent
- You behave abusively, aggressively, dishonestly or inappropriately
- There are safeguarding, legal, insurance, regulatory, clinical or professional concerns
- Events outside our reasonable control prevent us from providing the service
Where we cancel an appointment and no service has been provided, we will usually offer to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund, unless the cancellation resulted from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, late cancellation, no-show, misconduct, inaccurate information, or another reason for which a charge is lawfully payable.
8. Consultations and suitability assessments
Some services require a consultation, medical screening, suitability assessment, consent form, prescriber review, patch test, skin assessment, blood test, body assessment, health questionnaire or other checks before a treatment, service, product or prescription can be provided.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee that you will be suitable for treatment. We may decide that a treatment or service is unsuitable, unsafe, inappropriate, unavailable or not in your best interests.
We may refuse, delay, modify or stop treatment where:
- You do not meet suitability criteria
- You have a contraindication or possible contraindication
- You have not provided sufficient or accurate information
- You have not followed pre-treatment or aftercare instructions
- You do not provide informed consent
- You are underage or unable to give valid consent
- Further medical advice, GP input, prescriber review, pharmacy input or laboratory testing is needed
- The practitioner believes treatment would be unsafe, inappropriate or outside the scope of what should be provided
Where a consultation has been carried out, the consultation fee, booking fee or assessment fee may remain payable even if treatment is not provided, unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.
9. Your responsibility to provide accurate information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when making an enquiry, booking an appointment, completing a consultation form, providing medical history, requesting treatment, purchasing a course, giving consent or communicating with us.
You must tell us about anything relevant to your treatment, service or course, including:
- Medical conditions
- Previous or current illnesses
- Medication
- Allergies
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Previous procedures or treatments
- Implants, fillers or aesthetic treatments
- Skin conditions or sensitivities
- Blood-borne viruses or infection risks where relevant
- Needle phobia, fainting history or adverse reactions
- Contraindications or possible contraindications
- Any information requested in a questionnaire, consultation or consent form
We are not responsible for loss, delay, unsuitable treatment, adverse outcome, refused treatment, cancelled treatment, incorrect advice or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or withheld information provided by you.
10. Consent to treatment
Before receiving certain treatments, you may be required to read treatment information, complete a consultation form, answer medical questions, sign a consent form, confirm that you understand the risks, and agree to follow aftercare instructions.
By consenting to treatment, you confirm that:
- You have provided accurate and complete information
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions
- You understand the nature of the treatment or service
- You understand that results are not guaranteed
- You understand that side effects, complications or adverse reactions may occur
- You agree to follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
- You understand that we may refuse or stop treatment if it becomes unsafe or inappropriate
You may withdraw consent before or during treatment. However, charges may remain payable for consultations, time reserved, products prepared, costs incurred, services already provided, or work already carried out, where lawful and reasonable.
11. Treatment results and no guarantee of outcome
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, individual results vary and no treatment, service, product, consultation, prescription, course or procedure can be guaranteed to achieve a particular result.
You acknowledge that outcomes may be affected by factors including:
- Your age
- Your health and medical history
- Your lifestyle
- Your skin type
- Your metabolism
- Your medication
- Your anatomy
- Your compliance with advice and aftercare
- Your attendance at follow-up appointments
- Your individual response to treatment
- Changes in weight, hormones, illness, stress or environment
- Factors outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations, failure to follow advice, natural variation in results, normal side effects, delayed healing, lifestyle factors, or matters outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
12. Prescription-only medicines and medical weight management
Where a service involves medical weight management, prescription-only medicines, injectable medication, prescriber review, pharmacy supply or clinical assessment, additional rules and suitability checks apply.
You understand and agree that:
- Prescription-only medicines cannot be supplied unless clinically appropriate and lawfully prescribed
- A consultation or enquiry does not guarantee a prescription
- A booking does not guarantee that any particular medicine, dose, brand, product or treatment will be suitable or supplied
- Prescribing decisions are subject to professional judgement, suitability criteria and legal requirements
- Further information, identification, health information, BMI checks, medication checks or medical history may be required
- We may refuse, pause or stop treatment where it is unsafe, unsuitable, unlawful or not clinically appropriate
- Medication availability, pharmacy supply, pricing, delivery times and related requirements may change
- You must use any prescribed medicine only as directed by the relevant prescriber, pharmacist or healthcare professional
- You must report side effects, concerns, changes in health, pregnancy, medication changes or adverse reactions promptly
We do not guarantee weight loss, body change, symptom improvement, treatment continuation, medication availability, repeat prescribing, dose escalation, or any particular health outcome.
Where medicines or pharmacy-supplied items are dispensed or supplied, returns and refunds may be restricted by law, safety rules, hygiene requirements, pharmacy rules, cold-chain requirements or the nature of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. IV drips, vitamin therapy and wellness treatments
IV drips, vitamin therapy, wellness injections and related treatments may require suitability screening, medical questions, consent and practitioner judgement before being provided.
You understand and agree that:
- Not everyone is suitable for IV therapy or vitamin treatment
- Treatment may be refused, delayed or stopped if suitability or safety concerns arise
- Benefits and outcomes vary between individuals
- Side effects, bruising, discomfort, fainting, inflammation, allergic reactions or other adverse reactions may occur
- You must inform us of allergies, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions and previous reactions
- You must follow any pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided
Our wellness services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease unless expressly stated by an appropriately qualified professional within the scope of a lawful consultation.
14. Aesthetic treatments
Aesthetic treatments may involve consultation, assessment, consent, aftercare, follow-up and suitability checks. Not all clients will be suitable for all treatments.
You understand and agree that:
- Results vary from person to person
- Multiple sessions may be required
- Maintenance treatments may be needed
- Bruising, swelling, tenderness, redness, asymmetry, discomfort or other side effects may occur
- Healing time and treatment response may vary
- Treatment may be refused or postponed where safety concerns arise
- You must follow aftercare instructions and attend review appointments where advised
Refunds are not automatically due because you dislike a result, expected a different result, changed your mind after treatment, did not follow aftercare, or experienced a normal treatment response. This does not affect your statutory rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
15. Blood tests and diagnostic services
Blood tests and diagnostic services may involve third-party laboratories, sample collection, laboratory processing, reporting and interpretation where applicable.
You understand and agree that:
- Laboratory turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to laboratory, courier, sample quality, administrative or technical issues
- A sample may need to be repeated if it is unsuitable, insufficient, damaged, delayed or rejected
- Blood test results are not a substitute for emergency medical care
- You may be advised to contact your GP, NHS 111, A&E or another healthcare professional depending on the result
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party laboratories or couriers unless the law provides otherwise
If you have urgent symptoms or serious health concerns, you should seek urgent medical advice and not wait for private test results.
16. Ear wax removal
Ear wax removal may require assessment before treatment. Treatment may not be possible or may need to be stopped if the practitioner identifies safety concerns.
You understand and agree that:
- Wax may not always be present
- Wax may not always be removable in one appointment
- Further treatment, softening drops or medical referral may be advised
- Treatment may be refused or stopped if there is pain, infection, perforation risk, bleeding, inflammation or another concern
- A consultation or assessment fee may remain payable even if wax removal is not carried out or is not fully completed
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
17. Body contouring and non-surgical body treatments
Body contouring and non-surgical body treatments may require consultation, suitability assessment and multiple sessions. Individual results vary.
You understand and agree that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Multiple appointments may be required
- Results may depend on lifestyle, diet, exercise, metabolism, body composition and aftercare
- Some clients may not be suitable for treatment
- Treatment is not a substitute for medical weight management, exercise, diet, surgery or medical care
- Maintenance sessions may be recommended
18. Training academy services
Training academy services are subject to course availability, eligibility, payment, attendance, conduct, assessment requirements and any additional course-specific terms provided at the time of booking.
By booking a course, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate enrolment and eligibility information
- You will attend at the required time and location
- You will behave professionally and safely
- You will follow trainer instructions, clinic safety rules and course requirements
- You will not practise beyond your competence, insurance, qualification or legal scope
- You are responsible for checking whether a course meets your professional, insurance, licensing or regulatory needs before booking
- Certification, completion or attendance does not guarantee employment, insurance approval, professional registration, legal authorisation, income, clients or business success
We may refuse admission, remove a student from a course, withhold certification, or refuse future training where a student behaves unsafely, dishonestly, abusively, disruptively, unprofessionally, unlawfully or in breach of course requirements.
Course fees, deposits, transfers, cancellations and refunds may be subject to course-specific terms. Where no separate course-specific terms are provided, the general payment, cancellation and refund terms in this document apply, subject to your statutory rights.
19. Prices, deposits and payments
Prices may be displayed on our website, booking platform, social media, brochures, price lists, quotations or other materials. We aim to keep prices accurate, but prices may change from time to time.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Prices are in pounds sterling
- Prices may vary by treatment, practitioner, course, product, package, dose, complexity or suitability
- Deposits or booking fees may be required to secure an appointment or course place
- Full payment may be required before, during or immediately after the appointment
- Course places may not be confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received
- Promotional prices may be withdrawn or changed at any time before booking is confirmed
- Errors in pricing may be corrected where legally permitted
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where a price has been incorrectly displayed, where payment has not been made, where payment is reversed or disputed, or where there is a suspected fraud, chargeback risk or misuse.
Where you make a payment through a third-party payment provider, that provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy, security checks and processing rules.
20. Deposits, booking fees and reserved appointment time
Deposits and booking fees help secure appointment time, practitioner availability, preparation time, administration, products, equipment, course materials, room allocation and other costs connected with your booking.
Deposits, booking fees or advance payments may be retained, in whole or in part, where this reflects our reasonable losses, costs, reserved time, preparation, late cancellation, no-show, course place allocation, administration, or work already carried out, and only to the extent permitted by law.
We do not use deposit or cancellation terms as a penalty. Any charge will be applied in a way that is intended to be reasonable, proportionate and consistent with applicable consumer law.
21. Cancellation and rescheduling by you
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you should tell us as soon as possible.
Unless a different written cancellation period is stated for a specific service, course, package or offer, we ask for at least 48 hoursā notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you cancel late, reschedule late, fail to attend, or arrive too late for the service to be safely or properly provided, we may:
- Retain your deposit or booking fee
- Charge a cancellation or no-show fee
- Deduct reasonable costs from any refund due
- Treat the appointment, session or course place as used
- Refuse future bookings unless payment is made in advance
- Require a new deposit or full payment before rebooking
Any cancellation or no-show charge will be applied only where lawful and reasonable, having regard to the appointment time reserved, costs incurred, work already carried out, ability to fill the appointment, and other relevant circumstances.
22. Cancellation by us
We may cancel, postpone or reschedule an appointment, course, consultation or treatment where necessary.
This may happen where:
- A practitioner, trainer, prescriber, clinician or staff member is unavailable
- There is illness, emergency, equipment failure or clinic disruption
- A product, medicine, laboratory service, pharmacy service or third-party service is unavailable
- There are safety, suitability, legal, insurance or professional concerns
- Required information, forms, payment or consent have not been provided
- You breach these Terms & Conditions
- You behave abusively, aggressively, dishonestly or inappropriately
- An event outside our reasonable control prevents the service from going ahead
Where we cancel and no service has been provided, we will normally offer to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund. We will not be responsible for additional losses such as travel, accommodation, childcare, loss of earnings or other indirect costs, unless the law requires otherwise.
23. Distance bookings and cooling-off rights
If you book and pay for a service online, by telephone, by email, by social media, by messaging platform or otherwise at a distance, you may have certain cancellation rights under consumer law.
Where a legal cooling-off period applies, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed. However, your rights may be affected where:
- You ask us to begin providing the service during the cancellation period
- The service has been fully performed with your agreement
- A consultation, appointment, course, treatment or other service has already taken place
- Products, medicines or hygiene-sensitive items have been supplied and cannot lawfully or safely be returned
- Costs have already been incurred at your request
- A specific legal exemption applies
If you ask us to begin providing a service during any applicable cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the services, consultations, appointments, products, costs or work already provided up to the point of cancellation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any cancellation rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
24. Late arrival
You should arrive on time for your appointment, consultation, course or treatment.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, reschedule or cancel your appointment. This is to protect safety, quality, practitioner availability and the appointment times of other clients.
If we cannot safely or properly provide the service because you arrived late, your deposit, booking fee, course fee, session fee or appointment fee may be retained or a further payment may be required to rebook, where lawful and reasonable.
25. Packages, courses and prepaid sessions
Where you buy a package, course, bundle, prepaid session plan or multi-session treatment, specific terms may apply.
Unless we state otherwise in writing:
- Packages and prepaid sessions are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement
- Packages and prepaid sessions cannot be split between different people without our written agreement
- Missed sessions, late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as used
- Packages may have an expiry date
- Unused sessions may not be refundable after treatment has started, except where required by law
- Suitability must still be assessed before each relevant treatment
- We may refuse to continue a package where treatment becomes unsuitable or unsafe
If treatment becomes unsuitable part-way through a package, we will consider the circumstances and your statutory rights. Where appropriate, we may offer a partial refund, alternative service, credit, transfer or other reasonable solution.
26. Refunds
Refunds will be considered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, any service-specific terms, and your statutory rights.
You will not usually be entitled to a refund merely because:
- You changed your mind after a service was provided
- You did not obtain the result you hoped for, where the service was provided with reasonable care and skill
- You failed to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions
- You provided inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information
- You failed to attend or cancelled late
- You were found unsuitable after a consultation, where the consultation or assessment was properly carried out
- You experienced normal, expected or disclosed side effects
- You no longer want to continue a package after services have started
Where a refund is due, we may deduct sums for services already provided, reasonable costs incurred, products used or prepared, third-party charges, payment processing charges where lawful, and reasonable losses caused by cancellation or non-attendance.
Nothing in this refund section affects your statutory rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, where required information was not provided, or where another legal right applies.
27. Products, medicines and hygiene-sensitive items
Where products, medicines, supplements, skincare items, aftercare products or other items are supplied, additional rules may apply.
For safety, legal, hygiene, pharmacy, medicine, storage or contamination reasons, we may be unable to accept returns or provide refunds for certain items once supplied, opened, used, dispensed, personalised, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive or otherwise unsuitable for resale or reuse, unless the item is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
You must use any product or medicine only as directed and must read any instructions, labels, warnings, pharmacy advice, prescriber advice, patient information leaflets or aftercare guidance provided.
28. Promotions, discounts, vouchers and offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, packages, introductory offers or limited-time prices.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Offers are subject to availability
- Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time before booking
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless we agree
- Offers may have expiry dates, conditions or restrictions
- Suitability checks still apply
- A discounted service may still be refused if it is unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate
Promotional material does not guarantee that a treatment, medicine, product, result or course place will be available or suitable for you.
29. Client conduct
We expect all clients, visitors, students and website users to behave respectfully, honestly and safely.
We may refuse service, stop treatment, cancel a booking, remove a person from the premises, refuse future bookings or report behaviour to relevant authorities where a person:
- Is abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing
- Acts dishonestly or fraudulently
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to obtain treatment, prescriptions, products or refunds improperly
- Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Fails to follow safety instructions
- Records staff, clients, students or premises without permission
- Disrupts appointments, training, clinic operations or other clients
- Damages property or equipment
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
Where service is refused or stopped due to your conduct, charges may remain payable for time reserved, services provided, costs incurred, damage caused, or losses suffered, where lawful and reasonable.
30. Aftercare and follow-up
You must follow all aftercare, safety, medication, treatment, skincare, activity, lifestyle and follow-up instructions provided to you.
Failure to follow advice may affect your results, increase risk, delay recovery, worsen side effects, affect treatment suitability or limit what we can safely do for you in future.
You must contact us promptly if you experience unexpected symptoms, concerns, adverse reactions, complications or changes in your health after a treatment. If symptoms are urgent or severe, you should seek urgent medical care and not wait for a reply from us.
31. Photographs, videos and treatment records
For some treatments, we may take or request photographs, videos or images for assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, record-keeping, training, insurance, dispute handling or before-and-after comparison.
We will not use identifiable images for public marketing, advertising, website content or social media unless you have given separate consent for that purpose.
You must not photograph, film, livestream or record our staff, practitioners, trainers, students, clients, premises, equipment or treatment areas without our permission.
32. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, service descriptions, course materials, training materials, documents, forms, videos, designs and other materials made available by us are owned by us or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, upload, transmit, reuse, imitate, exploit or create derivative works from our content or materials without our written permission.
Training materials are provided for your personal learning only. You must not copy, resell, teach from, distribute, upload, publish or commercially exploit our training content without written permission.
33. Third-party services and links
Our website, bookings, payments, communications, services or courses may involve third-party providers, including booking platforms, payment processors, website hosts, laboratories, pharmacies, prescribers, couriers, analytics tools, social media platforms or external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, charges, rules and processing times. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, delays, errors, outages or actions, except where the law provides otherwise.
34. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the matter.
You can contact us at:

Complaints should be made promptly and should include your name, contact details, appointment date, service received, practitioner or trainer name if known, and a clear explanation of your concern.
We may need to review records, speak to staff, examine treatment notes, request photographs, invite you for a review, or ask for further information before responding fully.
35. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for:
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable
- Losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or withheld information provided by you
- Losses caused by your failure to follow advice, instructions or aftercare
- Losses caused by your failure to seek medical advice where appropriate
- Losses caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control
- Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
- Business losses, loss of profit, loss of income, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill where you use our services as a business client
- Travel, accommodation, childcare, parking, loss of earnings or similar indirect costs arising from appointment cancellation or rescheduling, unless the law requires otherwise
Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
36. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay, cancellation, failure or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Illness, emergency or staff absence
- Fire, flood, storm, extreme weather or natural disaster
- Power, internet, telephone, software or system failure
- Supplier, courier, laboratory, pharmacy or third-party failure
- Product, medicine, stock or equipment shortages
- Industrial action or transport disruption
- Public health restrictions or infection-control concerns
- Legal, regulatory or professional restrictions
- Acts of government, public authority, regulator or law enforcement
- Security incidents, cyber incidents or website outages
- Any other event outside our reasonable control
37. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
You should read our Privacy Policy before submitting personal data, completing forms, booking appointments, attending consultations, receiving treatment or purchasing training.
38. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, prices, business operations, legal requirements, regulatory guidance or internal procedures.
The latest version will be published on our website with the effective date shown at the top.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to your booking will usually be the terms in force at the time your booking is made, unless we notify you otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
39. Severance
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining parts will continue to apply.
40. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean we have waived that right. We may still enforce it later.
41. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
